Fixed stats to show seven weekdays instead of showing seven 24-hour periods. Removed global logging in favour of logging via relayd. Tried to create a log format for GoAccess to read relayd logs but instead opted just to abandon GoAccess for logs.

Added a block_php script to run continuously and add any IPs requesting .php URL paths to rate_limit block table.
