Merged in the prefork branch, which is a rewrite of bliptown_helper
to prefork into four workers ready for IPC messages. Each worker
performs one operation then dies, and the main loop repawns a worker
until there are BLIPTOWN_HELPER_PREFORK number of workers. I'm quite
happy with this code.
