In bliptown_helper, moved reading of the Sereal message into the
forked process, and increased the very low (5) socket listen limit to
kern.somaxconn (128).
Fixed a bug where tar wasn't extracting git archives which was
preventing snapshots being restored. Added checking for existing
current cached image before creating new, and added a 5 minute timeout
to in case the process gets stuck.
