Bliptown was sporadically returning an SSL error on my phone.
Frustratingly, this seemed to only happen when I was out. When it
happened again today, I realised that it was isolated to my mobile
connection, which explained why sites would load again once I got onto
home wifi. Some digging suggested certificate pinning, but I wasn't
doing that. It turned out that the server wasn't listening on IPv6. I
had specified listen on egress in relayd.conf but apparently this
only binds to one address. The solution was to specify both the actual
public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
