Seems like as good a day as any to start a devlog. I'll keep these to under 512 characters (an OpenBSD block). Upgraded Alpine to 3.23.0 which included a newer CMake. This broke Data::MessagePack::Stream because it vendors an ancient version of msgpack. Rewrote Bliptown::Model::IPC and bliptown_helper to use Sereal instead of MessagePack. Made Bliptown open source, released under the Apache 2.0 licence.
